I AM AS DISSPOINTED AS YOU ARE THAT SHE HAS LEFT THE SURGERY. BEST DOCTOR EVER! SHE SHOULD BE NOMINATED FOR DOCTOR OF THE YEAR AWARD! I KNEW SHE ISNT GOING TO LAST LONG AT BINFIELD SURGERY! TOO POPULAR WITH PATIENTS CAUSES INCONVENIENCE TO COLLEAGUES! ANYONE KNOWS WHERE DID SHE GO? IF YOU DO PLEASE LET US KNOW. IT WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Having suffered "Germ" OCD for the past few years I have to be feeling very poorly to make an appointment, its so bad I suffer sleepless nights on the build up to the visit very often walking away from my appointment once I reach the surgeries doors. Just recently after two attempts a friend managed to get me into the centre to make an appointment with Dr. Papciak . What a breath of Fresh air this doctor is!! I left feeling so differently about my fears and germs. The Dr. is such an asset to the medical centre - bright, friendly, calming understanding and open and down to earth. By pure coincidence a friend happened to mention a "brilliant new doctor" at the surgery after a recent visit. Its the very same Doctor - if you ever read this feed back Dr. P Thank you :-).

Went to book to see Dr Papciak but shock.horror she has left the surgery. What a wonderful doctor, so charming, patient, respectful and reassuring. She surpasses everything a doctor should be. Excellent t in every sense. So, so sad she has moved on.

The person that loves her job and patients. The one that listens to you without watching the clock. The one that cares for each and every patient of hers. The one that is absolutely loved by all my family and friends. It is a great pleasure to have her as our family GP, as we feel that her level of competence, patience and care is above any standard.

Delightful personality, endlessly patient even when trying to diagnose the most obscure condition as in my case. The other doctors in the practise are either brusque to the point of being rude, incompetent, or try to force medication on you (or all three). I hope she stays as she is the only reason for using this practise.
